A deluxe box set celebrating Bob Dylan's 1978 world concert tour and the 45th anniversary of the artist's first concert appearances in Japan is set to be released on November 24th, 2023. The Complete Budokan 1978 will present two previously unreleased recordings from the iconic concerts at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo.
Tracklist Includes 36 Live Performances
The box set will include a total of 36 live performances, meticulously remastered from the original analog tapes. The two unreleased tracks, "One Too Many Mornings" and "Knockin' on Heaven's Door," have been newly mixed from the multi-track recordings.
The set also features a hardcover book filled with unseen photographs and memorabilia from the tour. It is the first official release of these legendary performances in their entirety, offering a unique glimpse into Dylan's artistry at a pivotal moment in his career.
